![]() Tablas Creek Vineyard, a joint project between the Perrins of Château de Beaucastel and American importer Robert Haas, specializes in traditional Rhone varietals, including Mourvèdre, Grenache, Syrah, Roussanne, and Viognier. Vines imported from France, 100% estate fruit and organic farming give Tablas Creek impeccable grapes to begin the winemaking process. Hand-harvesting, native yeast fermentation and neutral French oak preserve the wines’ elegance and minerality. Tablas Creek’s signature Esprit de Beaucastel wines are blends of three or four varietals, producing wines of complexity, balance, and richness. Also try the earlier-maturing Côtes de Tablas, their excellent single varietal wines, or their Rosé.
